Restricting Delivery Driver’s Fraud We have added a new Feature that will not allow the Delivery Driver to mark status as “Arrived” unless he is in X Meters/Feet distance from the Store Pickup Location. We have been receiving complaints about Delivery Drivers marking status as “Arrived” even when they are far from Store Pickup Location to trouble Users.

Re-Assign Delivery Driver for Store Orders In this feature, the App Owner can Assign/Re-Assign Delivery Driver to an Order. Assigning / Re-Assigning Feature Driver is required when the Order is ready for Delivery but there are no Delivery Drivers available for Delivering the Order due to below reasons: - No Delivery Drivers is Available/Online near to Store/Restaurant - Delivery Drivers are available but they all rejected the Delivery Request - Delivery Driver Cancels the Delivery after confirming and accepting the Delivery Order

Restaurant menu multiple options/toppings Allow Restaurant owners to add multiple Toppings and Options for each Food Item. Let us explain the depth of Options and Toppings with an example of Pizza. Below options can be set and sold with the Pizza. Customer will have to pay additional cost for the available Options on top of Pizza’s Cost:

Customer can select the Size: Small - 15 USD, Medium - 25 USD, Large - 30 USD

One Store under several categories (i.e XYZ store can be under Food and Grocery also) Allow App Owner to Assign each Store in more than 1 Categories. For example, A store will show in Food and Grocery Category, it sells Food and Grocery Items. Store will register in 1 Category and later can ask Admin to add him in multirole Categories as it would be doing business in more than 1 Categories.

Free Delivery Promo Codes for Specific Stores App Owner can set the Promo Code for Specific Stores or for all Stores. Free Delivery Promo code can be ON/OFF. Having this, the Customer will see that Delivery is Free but in real the Store Pays for it as part of promotion.

Advanced Rating Flow for Delivery Drivers and Restaurants/Stores Allows user to provide ratings and feedback for the Delivery Drivers and Restaurants/Stores in very detailed way. The feedback will be helpful to Restaurant Owner and Delivery Driver to improve their Service.

Location Wise Banners in Store Delivery Components App Owner will be able to create Application’s Home Page Banner’s Specific to Target Location. User will see Banner according to the Location Address in User Application Home Page Screen.

Location Wise Push Notifications throughout the System App Owner will be able to send Push Notification to all Users of selected Location.

Location Wise Promo Code App Owner will be able to create Promo code Specific to Target Location. Only Users belongs to that location can use that promo code.

Cookie Consent Popup throughout the System Cookie Consent Popup is for alerting users about the use of Cookies on your website to comply with GDPR & EU cookie Directive. You can disable it from Back End if you don't need it.

Using Firebase For Mobile Number Verification through the System Firebase Authentication provides backend Services to authenticate users by verifying their phone number. Using this technology, you can avoid verification of User's Phone Number that uses expensive 3rd party SMS.

SKU Code For Store Delivery Items SKU code is added to help Store owners to identify a specific item when order is received.

Login using Face Id and Fingerprint Face ID for iPhone Apps and FingerPrint for Android Apps are added as further new options for login into the Apps. By using this way of login, users don't need to go through the hassle of remembering passwords and usernames during login.

New UI/UX of Signin and Signup Process The updated UI/UX of Sign in and Sign up flow mainly focus on Mobile number and OTP based authentication. This new way doesn't require remembering passwords and usernames during login.

Facebook Pixel Support The Facebook Pixel is a 3rd party analytics tool which helps to measure the effectiveness of advertising by understanding the actions people take on websites and apps. It helps to track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on your website and apps.

Multiple Credit Card Management Users/Provider can now manage multiple credit cards in the Apps. They can add and remove new cards as per their requirement.
